1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the platform 3355pg (hereinafter referred to simply as "3355pg", "platform", or "we"), available at https://3355pg.net. 3355pg is a Sports Betting and online casino platform that operates in accordance with current Brazilian legislation for online gaming.

By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of 3355pg — including Sports Betting, crash games, slots, live casino, or any other functionality — you ("user" or "you") confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• Agrees to be bound by all provisions set out herein;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Brazilian law;

• Hold a valid CPF. The Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF) is required at sign-up and used for identity verification and the platform's legal compliance obligations;
• Provide accurate information. All information provided during registration — full name, date of birth, CPF, address, email, and mobile number — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure;
• Not be self-excluded. Users who have requested self-exclusion from betting platforms — whether at 3355pg or through other operators participating in shared exclusion programs — are not permitted to create new accounts during the exclusion period.

3 Your 3355pg Account

3.1 One Account per CPF

Each user may hold only one active account at 3355pg. Registering multiple accounts under the same CPF, or under different CPFs for the same individual, is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, with possible forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

3.2 Credential security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. 3355pg recommends using a strong, unique password that is different from those used on other services. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify platform support immediately.

3.3 Account Transfer and Assignment

Your 3355pg account is personal and non-transferable. Assigning, selling, transferring, or sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. Any bets placed by third parties using your account remain your sole responsibility.

3.4 Data Updates

Users are responsible for keeping their registration details up to date. Changes to email address, phone number, or banking details must be made directly in the account dashboard or through support, and are subject to a security verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted payment methods

3355pg accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all available to users in Brazil:

• Pix – primary method, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays;
• Boleto bancário – processing time of up to 2 business days;
• Credit and debit card – Visa, Mastercard, and Elo cards;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED bank transfer – available on business days during banking hours.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10,00. For other methods, the minimum may vary — check the Deposits & Withdrawals section of the platform for up-to-date amounts. All deposits are processed in Brazilian reais (BRL). Pix deposits are credited to the user's account immediately upon confirmation by the banking system.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 20,00. 3355pg charges no fees on withdrawals — 100% of the requested amount is transferred directly to the user's bank account. Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 4 minutes, available 24 hours a day. TED withdrawals follow standard banking hours and take 1 to 2 business days.

4.4 Balance and Transactions

Your account balance consists of real balance (deposited funds and converted winnings) and bonus balance (subject to specific requirements — see Section 5). A full history of all transactions is available in your account dashboard at any time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus eligibility

3355pg welcome bonuses and promotions are made available subject to the conditions in effect at the time of the offer. Each bonus has specific eligibility requirements — generally, the user must have completed full registration with identity verification and made the qualifying deposit within the promotion's timeframe.

5.2 Wagering Requirement (Rollover)

The bonus amount is subject to a wagering requirement before it can be converted into real balance and withdrawn. For example: a BRL 100.00 bonus with a 10× rollover requires the user to place BRL 1,000.00 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. The specific terms of each promotion are published on the offer page at the time of opt-in.

• Cancelled bets, bets with odds below the established minimum, and bets on markets excluded from the promotion do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement;
• The real balance deposited by the user may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of whether the bonus rollover requirement has been met;
• The bonus expiration date is communicated at the time of activation. Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

5.3 Bonus Misuse

3355pg reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated withdrawals if it identifies misuse of promotions, including creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim first-deposit bonuses, placing bets that carry no real risk solely to meet rollover requirements, or any other practice contrary to the spirit of the promotions.

6 General Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting on 3355pg covers more than 30 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, European leagues), MMA/UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), and e-sports.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 3355pg system, with the corresponding amount deducted from the user's balance. Bets placed after an event has officially started are only accepted if the live betting option is available for that specific market.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

3355pg may cancel or void bets in the following situations:

• Obvious odds errors caused by technical or human failure;
• Cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of a sporting event, in accordance with the rules of each sport;
• Suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation;
• Violation of betting rules by the user.

In the event of cancellation, the wagered amount is returned to the user's balance. 3355pg reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation in cases where irregularities are suspected.

6.3 Live betting

Live bets are subject to broadcast delays and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of the event (goals, cards, injuries). 3355pg is not responsible for discrepancies between the broadcast shown and the actual state of the game at the time the bet is placed.

7 Casino Games, Crash Games & Slots

The casino games available on 3355pg — including slots, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Mines, Plinko, Dice, and others), live casino, and table games — are provided by licensed suppliers and use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies.

7.1 RTP and Transparency

8 User Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that automates bets or platform interactions without express authorization from 3355pg;

• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or accumulate bonuses fraudulently;

Any identified prohibited behavior may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities.

9 Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Account closure by the user

Users may request account closure at 3355pg at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable rules. Unfulfilled bonus balances are cancelled upon closure.

10.2 Closure by 3355pg

3355pg may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• A regulatory or judicial decision requiring closure;
• Extended account inactivity, in accordance with the platform's inactive account policy.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, 3355pg may freeze the account balance during the investigation period. The user will be notified by email of the reasons for the closure, except in cases where notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

3355pg does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously and without errors. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may cause temporary service outages, with advance notice provided whenever possible.

3355pg is not liable for:

• Access interruptions caused by failures in the user's internet connection or device;

3355pg's maximum liability to any user, for any event, is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event in question.

12 Responsible Gambling

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code, the LGPD, and the regulations applicable to the online gaming market in Brazil.
